SHREK-ING TIME
Farihin's been pestering us to watch Shrek 2 so we'll probably bring him to see it this Sunday. He loved watching this green ogre after watching Shrek 1 over and over again on the VCD. Come to think of it, he likes HULK as well, which is also GREEN....
And of course he MUST HAVE that Burger King Shrek cushion they were selling for $2.95 and just last Saturday he was the proud owner of a pair of Shrek ears that came with the Kids Meal, which I thought looks like a hairband.
So guys, enjoy your weekend yar....

HELLO?
I SAY HELLO! HELLO! HELLO!
I was away from the office a day to bring Farah to the polyclinic for her injection yesterday and when I got back from the office there were 50 emails for me to download. And there were 3 emails from 3 different friends who attached Nura's wedding pics from THAT Collection (courtesy of izadhana.com which is now copyright, so HANDS OFF!). Know that it will come to me one day so can you imagine how many times these pictures have been circulated?
FHM JUNE is out now, so go geddit...Hey, dun try asking me for FREE issues ok....except if you are you(h), you(n), you(n), you(d) and you (j) :-)

yes..i'm back...
a bit too lazy to blog these few days but the fingers were itching to meddle with the blog so there you see it, a change in my layout! Ta-dah...
nothing much happened since i last wrote. the only good thing is that my surgery stitches are healing well and I can now feel the thread at the back of the gums. Removing them this Thursday and hopefully I can eat properly after that. Kind of tired chewing food on one side and somehow I don't seem to taste the food I've eaten.
Farah accidentally poked her eye with her finger (nails a bit sharp) that day and I was so worried cos her eye turned a bit red. It was just a red line in the beginning then somehow it spread! Lucky thing it's slowly disappearing now..poor girl but she's still a happy baby. See for yourself!
Anyway it was wonderful meeting Hana & Izad, Nat & Xircuff, Nurul & Ian, Diah & Dayat, Wreck, Orange at Nura's wedding, for the very, very 1st time on Sunday.

I'm feeling numb. Yes, the right side of my face is numb. I went through the ordeal of pulling out my 2 wisdom teeth this morning. Boy, was I scared and could feel my heart thumping. As it was done at National Dental Centre, I've got to put on the operation gown, head and shoes cover. I could feel the drilling, the digging and cracking of teeth for the bottom one. It was done in 15 mins including the simple extraction of the top wisdom teeth.
It's gonna be unbearable the next few days I'm sure. But I'm happy at last I'm over and done with the surgery part. Now, it's time to recuperate..and mak thanks for helping me take care of farah for these few days.
And if you've tagged me, I promise to tag you back the soonest I can k....

Spent the most wonderful weekend at home with my 2 children and yet again husbandless. Result: DEAD TIRED! So I'm like a zombie here today in the office, trying hard to concentrate on work!
I'm anxious and scared waiting for Wednesday, 12 May 2004, 11.30 am to come. In the verge of chickening-out but I think I will try to be brave. I psyched myself up by thinking, I can go thru any pain after labour/birth pains but hubby says this pain 'tangkap pat otak!'
Ya Allah..give me strength to go through this...
Anyway, i took this picture on Friday, see the face very very tired..

Yes...it's going back time soon. It's been a really 'busy' day for me, surfing around the net *wink wink*
Have got an exhibition to go to tomorrow. Farihin's childcare centre is organising a visit to the Exhibition 2004: Insight Islam at Far East Square. Reporting time at his centre 0830 hours. Which means have got to be awake early on a Saturday morning.
Planning to visit the in-laws after that and so which means I don't have to crack the brains thinking what to cook. Yippee!
Well, to all my fellow bloggers, have a good and splendid weekend. Those with loved ones, happy dating, spending time together and don't be notty-notty har...

Ask me to find pictures..whatever pictures, weird ones, bloody ones, dirty ones (hee hee) I can do it almost immediately. Ask me to update my blog, ah this will be a challenge, I find myself asking what do I write about?
I'm happy that my work's for the June issue is kind of done though there's still lots of paperwork to finish so I can sit relax and breathe. No more editor and writers breathing down my neck asking for things which means I can my work in peace and my own pace or best do no work at all, surf the net but at the same time look very busy (boss, if u reading this, no lah kidding only, u oso same sometimes I see u do nothing wat!)
My dear husband's birthday is in 3 weeks time and I still have no clue what to get for him. For the previous 2 birthdays we've been giving each other CASH cos that's the easiest! Ya lah no sentimental value but that's the best cos I can buy what I want and he can buy what he wants. Ran out of ideas on what to give cos he seems to have almost all the things he like. Big fan of NIKE. He's got a huge collection of NIKE shoes. The so many levels of shoe racks we have at home are filled with his shoes and not mine and I thought woman normally have more shoes than man. Pening tau..masuk rumah mcm museum kasut NIKE!
And this is also the month that I wana treat myself. I want to buy a Nokia camera phone but dunno which to get so I'm still looking around. I swear by Nokia cos I think it's the best. I've used 2 other brands before which doesnt seem to be that user friendly so told myself it's either a NOKIA or nothing else.
Oh yes, and Mother's Day is around the corner. My mum asked me what has the husband planned for me. I said nothing and I don't mind it cos to me even being a mother to my children, my mother IS the most important person whom I should celebrate for every Mother's Day. She's the one who've made the sacrifices and gone through the most in bringing up me and my other siblings, looking after my kids while I go to work and would help me out in times of needs. She's there when I'm down and when I need a listening ear. So whatever plans I might have for Mother's Day, she will be the reason why we would have a celebration.
Argh! Heavy rain outside and it's still very gloomy and I was thinking of going OG at People's Park during lunch in search of SpongeBob Squarepants tupperware for my son. Hopefully, the rain will subside soon. Hai katak..kenapa lah kau panggil hujan..
A colleague sent me this...FEEL FREE TO TAKE A LOOK...

Clock strikes noon soon. Time to wake up, half a day gone.
I have to finish some polaroids I have in the camera yesterday so I thought I would try and sit my daughter on the sofa (no, no she definitely can't sit yet!) and hopefully she'll look into the camera. Try as much as I can, making faces and snapping my fingers but she just wouldn't look. So this was the result:
i will tilt sideways in 5 secs..4...3...2...1..there I go...
Watch The 'Real' Beckhams last nite. Ooohh..really couldn't stand Victoria. Really dun understand the point of the docu. So they're moving to Spain, so what?? Friend of mine said Nick and Jessica Simpson is more an interesting couple to watch, at least they sing songs in between. And Beckham, he's cute but unfortunately got a wimpy voice.
And after watching George Huff on AMI each week, I think he looks like Steve Urkel. He's that geek from Family Matters who's got a nasal voice. There's a number of times when George has a certain kind of expression on his face that I thought the resemblance is uncanny.
Time for me to go, well at least for now that is, came across these two liners over the weekend:
Life Is A Journey, Enjoy The Ride & Shit Happens, Deal With It!
