A little story to share....

When Farihin got sick recently, his fever came on suddenly. It was after a quick trip to the shop downstairs with him and his sister on that Saturday night , when an hour later he complained of a throat pain and he felt feverish.

Few days after that, he told my mum the day he went to the shop, he saw someone looking at us (gasp!), followed him and touched his cheek. He said that the hands that touched his cheeks were dirty.

Upon hearing this, I asked him, who was it that he saw and is he very, very sure? He told me he saw this thing when we were walking back to our house from the shop. The thing was looking at him and his sister. Wanting to be sure, I asked whether IT followed us into the lift. NO, he said, but IT was hiding behind the pillars at the lift landing and shortly walked away after that.

Hoping he can shed more light into this scary, eerie happening, I asked over and over again the same questions and it seems that his answers didn't change much. But the one thing that made me wonder was when i asked him how does IT look like...he said IT looks like the monster from JEEPERS CREEPERS 2.

Now you see, prior to that, he's been watching Jeepers Creepers 2 a few times before and on that day itself. So could be that he's watched the movie too many times, he's seeing IT around him. But then again KIDS don't make up stories, they tell you the truth!

Up till today I don't know whether he saw whatever he told us but one thing's for sure...I will never ever go down to the shop again with them at night....

My dear husband has been changing handphones that it drove me mad with jealousy that I have to buy a camera phone and hence the NOKIA 7200.

But early this year, this was what he settled on:

I just have to type out the theme song here since it's been playing in my mind over and over again after bringing Farihin to the recording today. Gosh, I can even remember the dance steps as well! I guess he enjoyed it though he was a little bit nervous and shy...

Met Nura briefly, looking pretty and sweet! Didn't manage to grab her and take a quick snap though. But Farihin took a picture with Kiki..

What a pleasant surprise! The Fedex man came with a package for me! I thought it was a work package but when I saw the address, realised it came from my sister who's currently working in Georgia, USA. Opened it up quickly and there it was a Spiderman sleeveless tshirt/shorts set for Farihin and a cute 2 piece for Farah. Thanks Sis!



And yesterday, a close colleague of mine, Sheila, bought me a Vidal Sasoon steam straightener from Watsons becos SHE said my rebonded hair is starting to go into 'depression'. She wanted to give me for my birthday this year but since it's so many months away and she insists on buying for me now. Though I told her it will take some time before I actually will have the time to sit down and do the steam and straightened ok!



This morning, I was trying really hard to finish up my camera's battery so I thought I could do a quick snap around the house before i leave for work. Of course only to realise, time is not on my side..


Let's snap this, and this, damn..8 o'clock! Farah, quick get into the sling, got to go....

Farihin is all geared up to go for KRAYON recording tomorrow. I just hope he will be ok and won't chicken out last minute. Already told him, he must sing and dance when needed ah. So, Nura...here comes Farihin....

A certain mat saleh in the office is a bloody show off! I mean who cares that you've proposed to your girlfriend and how it took place? He's actually emailed the whole office, 51 pictures of that moment and has been yakking about it everyday! Hai..tak kuasalah nak layan..but please..DUN HAVE TO invite me for your wedding k!

Had a mini shoot with a magazine yesterday. A short one but quite fun. It's for a very aunty, housewifey kind of feature but well, it was a nice experience.


My work is in a state of mess and so is my table. I'm sure some will cringe looking at the condition of my table but hey, i'm not complaining cos beneath the piles of papers, magazines, plastic folders, I can still find my things.



Had a Chicken Meatloaf sandwich for lunch and I'm feeling a little bit sleepy now.

Dear brought home a pair of slippers that his friend bought from Indonesia. I thought it looks nice and comfy too. And it was also very cheap, about SG$2.50! Oh, how I wish it was my size instead, then I can wear it. Hmph..



Oh yes.... a good friend of mine, Rina, has also started blogging, after much persuasion from me. She's got 2 heroines and 1 hero under her wings and I think she's a supermum/wife! *winks to rina*

A very hot Sunday and am not enjoying the slightest bit of it as it's also the time of the month...

Alhamdullilah, Farihin has recovered from his fever and is now back to his active, naughty self again. His cough is still there though. Now looking back for the past days that he's been sick, I rather see him being up to no good then lying down feeling very sickly. Good thing that he is ok now since he's going for his childcare's '3 day fun camp' from tomorrow onwards, starting with a trip to Yio Chu Kang swimming complex.

Just a quick update here, am feeling thirsty so excuse me while I got get my favourite drink of the moment, POKKA LYCHEE TEA...

Farihin's been down with fever since Saturday night and his temperature has been running amok. One moment is 37.4 degrees, the next is 38.4 degrees and the worst was yesterday morning at 40 degress that I had to insert the rectal suppository. But fever's still here coupled with slight runny nose, dry cough and sore throat this morning and I'm worried sick........

I' wanted to be home with him but since I've taken urgent leave yesterday so had no choice but to come in to work today. Didn't even bring Farah home in case she catch it though I'm really hoping she won't.

Sigh......

It's been a horrible and busy week, hence no updates from me. Taking a moment here to blog about something though I seriously think eventually it will be about.........NOTHING!

So I shan't waste any one's time reading nothing instead let me just post a picture of my own Princess Fiona! Hah..
