At least 12 minutes more before welcoming 2005 and leaving behind us the memories of 2004....

My sister's holding a birthday party next month for her kiddos and wants to find a caterer. She's done the let the fingers do the walking way thru the Yellow Pages but she's confused since there's so many halal-certified catering companies. Which one should she pick?

I've used Stamford Catering a few times before so this time she wants to try another. Any one who can help me recommend a caterer, please?

I've been thinking of updating this blog of mine for many days. Just thinking but didn't do anything until now. Even contemplating of changing my template but didn't get to doing it just yet. A few days ago, I wanted to post some pictures but it's a 2 week old picture, I told myself forget it.

My mind is as blank as a piece of paper. I visit other blogs and I see they've got so many interesting stories, experiences and things to write about but here I am just pondering on my next entry. I normally blog when i'm in the office cos once I got home there's no time to do that unless both kids are already sleeping but by then it'll be midnight and I'm too tired myself.

Being the holiday season where most people are clearing their leave, here we are stuck with a deadline to meet. The editor has gone back to his kampung in the UK leaving his team of 2 man and a woman (that's me!) to finish whatever we can before he gets back here on 3 January next year. Did I just say next year? It sounds like a long way to go but actually just about a week away! Yikes!

But I'm on leave tomorrow and we get Monday off for the Christmas holiday that falls on Saturday so hopefully my batteries will be recharged over this long weekend! And hopefully meetings that's been planned for sometime will happen sooner rather than later, ok?

Before I penned off, my bestest friend is promoting her special homemade dessert call BATIK PUDDING. It's really good, I've tasted it(thanks for your samples babe!)

Someone's having a baby! I saw her picture at diah's blog today and realised I haven't done this. So Nura n Esman...this is an overdue wish to you both....

Since hari raya, my weekends have been filled with visiting, receiving guests, attending friends hari raya open house and even farihin's parents-teacher meeting cum potluck hari raya party was slotted on one Saturday.

It's end of Syawal soon but there's one more house to go this Sunday and after that I guess it's over and done with. After all this, I think it's time to start thinking about work.......

And I met Mrsbeki and Linda for lunch yesterday. A last minute plan that actually happened!


He had his dose of fries and dozed off to sleep after that!


Mrsbeki travelled up all the way from Woodlands to meet us, so she's hungry hence the empty plate!

Congratulations Taufik Batisah! Every cent we spent to cast our votes for you is definitely WORTH IT!

And I guess it was too much idoling yesterday that I had a dream meeting both Taufik and Slyvester while they were taking SBS buses home after the competition! Hee hee...
